We want you to be satisfied with your order. Here's how returns and refunds work.

1. Return Conditions

Returns are accepted if:

  • Requested within 7 days of delivery

  • Product is unused, undamaged, and in original packaging

  • Personal care or hygiene items are non-returnable

2. How to Request a Return

Send an email to support@nexanova.shop with:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if damaged/defective)

3. Refunds

  • Processed within 7–10 working days of return approval

  • Prepaid orders: Refunded to original payment method

  • COD orders: Refunded via UPI/bank transfer

4. Exchanges

Exchanges are only offered for defective/damaged products.

5. Non-Returnable Products

  • Health, hygiene, or opened items

  • Clearance or final sale items
